These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at neostellarlabs.com (the "Site") operated by NeoStellarLabs LLC ("NeoStellarLabs," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

NeoStellarLabs provides computational drug discovery consulting services, including molecular dynamics simulation, protein structure prediction, and structure-based virtual screening, to biotech and pharmaceutical companies. Service engagements are governed by separate written agreements between NeoStellarLabs and each client.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All NeoStellarLabs engagements are scoped and priced before work begins. Clients may cancel an engagement before work commences for a full refund. Once work has begun, fees for completed milestones are non-refundable. If NeoStellarLabs is unable to deliver the agreed scope, any prepaid fees for undelivered work will be refunded in full. Refund requests should be directed to sharoon@neostellarlabs.com.

3. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Site, or interfere with any other party's use of the Site. You may not use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Site without prior written permission.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and technical descriptions — is the property of NeoStellarLabs LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our express written permission.

5. No Warranty

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. NeoStellarLabs makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information on the Site for any particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NeoStellarLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.
